Training Facilities

Open swim course training sessions for ALL athletes in river Lérez.

When: Tuesday the 19th. and Wednesday the 20th. from 16:00 to 18:00 H.

Where: Swim start area (Buenos Aires Avenue).

With lifeguard service. Free of charge and no booking necessary.

Swimming pool for ELITE, U23 and PARA ATHLETES

Days: from Monday the 18th. to Saturday the 23rd. September.

Opening hours: every day from 08:00 to 21:00 H.

Access (free): with wristband (contact services@pontevedra.triathlon.org to request it) to Elite, U23, Para athletes and accredited coaches.

Public transport: bus from Pontevedra (Plaza de Galicia) towards Marín and stop at Ponte Muiños (500 metres walking distance).

Private transport: Radio Taxi Pontevedra (also with wheelchair adapted taxis) approximately 9€ each way T. 986 868 585.

Training facilities available: 2 lanes of 50 metres and 4 lanes of 25 metres in indoor swimming pool. Changing rooms and lockers.

No booking. The use of the lanes will be on first come first served basis.

PONTEVEDRA

Individual day entry: € 6,15.- (90 minutes access to swimmimg pool, spa and gym).

25 meters indoor swimming pool (6 lanes). No reserved lanes, shared with other users.

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday: 07:00–08:30, 14:15–19:00 H.

Friday: 07:00–22:45 H.

Saturday: Closed for non members.

Sunday: 09:30–13:45 H.

SANXENXO

Training facilities: 25 meters indoor swimming pool (6 lanes). No reserved lanes, shared with other users.

Monday to Friday: 07:45–14:30, 16:00–23:00 H.

Saturday: 09:30–14:00 H.

Sunday: 10:00–14:00 H.

VIGO
