SECRETARY AND ACCREDITATION AREA

Assembly of bags for the triathlete.
Delivery of race bibs and runner's bag.
Management of bib delivery lists.
Basic information to the athlete on any aspect related to the event.

RACE MANAGEMENT SUPPORT AREA

Support in water safety (kayaks).
Operations in the transitions (AT): Directing the flow of triathletes - Control of boxes - Movement of bicycles.
Cloakroom and Athletes' Village.
Refreshment stations: Swimming-Cycling-Running-Walking-Running-Special Needs-Finish.
Mobility control of people on the course and facilities. Athlete access.
Support at the exit of the Paratriathlon water (Handlers).
Anti-doping control.

PROTOCOL AND CEREMONIES AREA

Support in award ceremonies.
Opening Ceremony. Support in the Parade of Nations.

COMMUNICATION-PRESS AND SUSTAINABILITY AREA

Press accreditation and service at the Media Centre.
Press service on the field of play.
Collaboration in the Sustainability Area.

LOGISTICS-VOLUNTEER AREA

Accreditation and reception of volunteers.
Control of incoming and outgoing material.
Maintenance of the volunteer plan and organisation.
Control and supervision of transport vans. Transport of volunteers to their different functions and of material to different parts of the playing field.
Daily supervision of the volunteers' rest area.
Support to other sectors.
